MONCTON, N.B. -- A bail hearing for a New Brunswick man charged with making child pornography for incidents alleged to have occurred at a Moncton daycare has been delayed until Wednesday.

Jeffery Adam Amos is charged with two counts of making child pornography, one count of possession of child pornography and two counts of voyeurism.

The RCMP say the 32-year-old man is the spouse of the daycare owner.

He was charged following an investigation into a complaint about incidents alleged to have happened at a residential daycare on Frampton Lane starting in February 2012.

Police said at least two alleged victims have been identified.

Investigators have seized computers and data storage equipment as part of their investigation.

Defence lawyer Scott Fowler told the court that he needed more time to prepare his case.

Amos will remain in custody until his next court appearance.
