FREDERICTON - A couple has been displaced after a fire this afternoon damaged the duplex they rent in Fredericton.
Volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross are helping the man and woman with emergency lodging, food and clothing.
People living in the other side of the duplex were evacuated while the fire was being put out.
They were later allowed to return home.
No one was injured.
The fire was reported at around two o'clock.
