The Halifax Pride festival wraps up on Sunday, but first one the week’s most popular events will run Saturday.
The 27th annual Halifax Pride Parade is set to begin Saturday at 1:30pm.
Thousands are expected to line the streets of Halifax.
The parade will begin on Lower Water Street, work its way to Barrington Street, up Spring Garden Road, across South Park before ending on Sackville Street.
Later tonight there will be a concert and party at Garrison Grounds.
The 10 day festival will wrap up Sunday at noon with a family picnic.
