Healthy No-Bake Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 15 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • assorted fresh sliced fruit

Preparation:

  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
  2. Pulse the dates and cashews in a food processor until a 'dough' forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly on the baking pan.
  4. Spread the yogurt over the crust.
  5. Top with fresh fruit, chill and serve.
