A 19-year-old man has been charged in connection with a stabbing in Dartmouth on the weekend.
Police say Brandon Harvey Hannan of Dartmouth turned himself in to police just before 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
He faces a charge of aggravated assault.
The charges come after police responded to a report of a stabbing at 269 Wyse Road around 10:45 p.m. Saturday.
They say an 18-year-old man was stabbed multiple times in his torso during an altercation with two other men.
He was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries and has since been released.
Police say Hannan is due to appear in Dartmouth provincial court Thursday.
Investigators are still looking for a second suspect in connection with the incident.
