A 24-year-old man is facing an attempted murder charge after shots were fired in an Eastern Passage home early Saturday morning.
Halifax District RCMP say the incident happened at a property in the Cedar Lane area around 3 a.m.
The suspect was located and arrested in a nearby home on Pine Street after fleeing the scene.
Police say there were no injuries.
The 24-year-old is also facing a number of firearm-related charges, along with uttering threats.
He will face a judge on Tuesday.
