A former transit bus driver in Halifax has pleaded not guilty to sexually-assaulting a disabled passenger.
Harold William Keizer faces six charges each of sexual assault, unlawful confinement and sexual-exploitation of a person with disabilities.
The 66-year-old was arrested in March after a 35-year-old Cole Harbour woman complained to police that she'd been harassed numerous times over a two-week period.
Keizer remains free on conditions, pending trial.
