Nova Scotia’s Justice Minister says her department will take a new look at the circumstances surrounding the death of a Cape Breton teenager more than two decades ago.
Clayton Miller’s parents say Justice Minister Lena Diab has told them that the chief medical examiner will review two independent autopsies that found things not mentioned in the original autopsy.
The body of their 17-year-old son was found in a brook after police raided a party in New Waterford in 1990.
The Millers have always maintained that police played a role in Clayton’s death.
