Halifax Regional Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Dartmouth teen.
Makira Dawn Armstrong, 15, was last seen leaving her Pleasant Street home around 11 a.m. Monday.
She was in contact with her family later that day, but has not been seen or heard from since. She was reported missing to police on Tuesday.
Police say there is no evidence to suggest Armstrong has met with foul play, but there is concern for her well-being.
Armstrong is described as a white female with long, dark blonde hair, brown eyes, pierced ears and a tattoo on the back of her neck.
She has a cast on her right hand and was last seen wearing grey sweatpants.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact police.
