BLACKVILLE, N.B. - A 42-year-old New Brunswick man is facing several charges after an alleged assault at a home in Gray Rapids.
Police say the victim fled to a home nearby after the alleged attack.
They say the suspect followed with a firearm and began uttering threats.
Ryan Curtis is facing six charges, including assault with a weapon, pointing a firearm, uttering threats and breach of probation.
He appeared in court Tuesday and waived his right to a bail hearing.
Police say Curtis has been remanded into custody until his next court appearance July 20th.
