The RCMP are searching for a suspect who allegedly threw a Molotov cocktail at a vehicle, sending one person to hospital in Moncton.
Police say the incident occurred on Whitney Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
They allege a man in a pickup truck was following another vehicle for a short period of time. When the vehicle came to a stop on Whitney Avenue, police say the man got out of the truck and threw a Molotov cocktail.
One of the four people inside the vehicle was taken to hospital with minor burns and later released.
No one else was injured but the vehicle was destroyed.
Police say they are looking for a white man in his 30s.
