CANOE COVE, P.E.I. -- The RCMP in Prince Edward Island have charged a man after a crash that killed a 15-year-old boy earlier this year.
The victim from Argyle Shore was ejected from the vehicle after it rolled on Route 19 in the Canoe Cove area on Aug. 3.
He was pronounced dead in hospital.
At the time, police said the 18-year-old driver was also taken to hospital but later released.
Damian Sweet of Anglo Rustico faces one count of dangerous driving causing death.
He is due in court Jan. 19.
