TRURO, N.S. -- Police are investigating the death of a 16-year-old boy in Nova Scotia.

RCMP Const. Mark Skinner says the boy's body was found at 4:00 a.m. on a property on Harmony Ridge Road outside Truro.

He says a car was involved in the matter, but added they are in the early stages of the investigation and couldn't provide many details.

He says the boy had been identified, but his name was not being released.
