Police have released the name of a 67-year-old P.E.I. man who died after being struck by a vehicle after he left his car and was trying to have it towed out of a snowbank.
The Mounties say Charles Percy Fraser died after the collision Monday morning during a blizzard near North Tryon.
RCMP say a passing driver was pulling a stranded SUV out of a ditch when the car being towed was struck by a pickup truck.
A third vehicle then collided into the rear of the truck.
