SAINT-QUENTIN, N.B. - The Canadian Red Cross says a family of three has been displaced by a fire that extensively damaged their home in northern New Brunswick.
The Red Cross says the blaze at the house near Saint-Quentin broke out shortly before 5 a.m. Sunday.
The agency says it has arranged for emergency lodging for a couple and their 23-year-old daughter.
They say one person was treated by paramedics for minor smoke inhalation.
Meanwhile in Leading Tickles, N.L., the home of another family of three was destroyed by a fire on Saturday.
The Canadian Red Cross says no one was injured and the family is staying with relatives.
