The RCMP are looking for the driver of a stolen vehicle that crashed in Napan, N.B. last week.

Police responded to a single-vehicle collision on Weldfield Collette Road early in the morning on June 17.

When officers arrived on scene, they found a burgundy 2013 Dodge Ram Sport, which had left the road and overturned before landing in a field.

Police say the impact caused considerable damage to the property and a nearby power line.

The occupant, or occupants, had fled the scene before police arrived.

Police say the vehicle was later reported to have been stolen from a residence in Saint Margarets, N.B., sometime between 9 p.m. June 16 and 4:30 a.m. June 17.

Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has information about the incident is asked to contact police.
