A New Brunswick woman is dead following a weekend crash near Chipman.
RCMP say the victim was travelling along Highway 10 in Coal Creek Sunday when her vehicle crossed the centre line of the two-lane roadway and was struck by an oncoming transport truck.
The driver of the transport truck was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries but the driver of the car, a 41-year-old Chipman woman, died at the scene.
Her name is not being released at this time, pending notification of her family.
