Pictou County District RCMP have released the names of two men killed in a single-vehicle collision in Central Caribou on the weekend.
Police responded to the crash on Central Caribou Road, known locally as Corbett Road, at 9:40 a.m. Sunday.
Investigators say it appears the vehicle left the road and struck a detached trailer that was parked on the side of the road.
Noah Franklyn Russell, 25, of Pictou and Cameron Keith MacDonald, 25, of Waterside were pronounced dead at the scene.
A female passenger was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The collision remains under investigation.
