Police in Nova Scotia are looking for a missing 64-year-old woman from Greenwood whose family is concerned for her well-being.

RCMP say Jackie Marie Dufault was last seen at her Transmitter Road residence at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday.

Police say the woman, who is described as 5’1” tall and weighing 85 pounds, was reported missing at 2 p.m.

She has grey hair and was last seen wearing jeans and a grey t-shirt, police say.

They say a local search with the K-9 Unit produced no results.

Ground search and rescue teams from the Annapolis Valley and Annapolis County are now assisting police with the operation, as well as a helicopter from the Department of Natural Resources.
