A 15-year-old boy from Sydney is now facing charges related to the death of Christopher Walter Chafe, 18, who died after being run over by a school bus at Sydney Academy earlier this month.
Cape Breton Regional Police announced Friday that the teen has been charged with criminal negligence causing death, following the Feb. 11 incident.
He is scheduled to appear in Sydney provincial court on March 25.
