NEGUAC, N.B. - RCMP in northeastern New Brunswick are investigating a car crash that killed a 19-year-old man and sent a 16-year-old boy to hospital.

The car rolled several times in Neguac after the older teen lost control (on L. Allain Road) Wednesday night.

Police say he was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle.

He died in hospital.

His 16-year-old passenger was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The Mounties say they believe speed was a factor in the crash.
