Two people are facing drug-related charges following a seizure on New Brunswick’s Elsipogtog First Nation.

Friday, RCMP executed a search warrant at a home on Bridge Road, where they seized quantities of hydromorphone, methamphetamine, and other prescription drugs, as well as a quantity of cash.

Police say a 47-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman from the Elsipogtog First Nation were arrested in connection with the search.

The pair is due to appear in Moncton provincial court on March 26 to face charges.
