A section of Highway 104 outside New Glasgow, N.S., is down to one lane after a tractor trailer overturned Sunday afternoon.
RCMP say the rear tire blew as it was travelling westbound exits 17 and 18A, causing the trailer to lose control and hit the guardrail.
The driver wasn't injured, but the passenger was cut and needed stiches.
Investigators are expected to be on scene into this evening.
