A 45-year-old man is dead and a youth is in custody after police were called to the corner of Brows Lane and St. Peters Road in Charlottetown at 9:30 p.m. Friday.
Paramedics tried to save the man who was injured but he died at the scene.
A youth was arrested a few hours later.
The K-9 unit was brought in to scour the property Saturday.
Charlottetown police were also inside the home collecting evidence.
