Halifax Regional Police are looking for a suspect after a Subway restaurant in south-end Halifax was robbed Friday night.
Officers responded to a report of a robbery at 5560 Fenwick Street around 10:15 p.m.
Police say a man entered the Subway with a knife, approached the employee and demanded cash.
The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
There were no injuries.
Police are looking for a white man in his early 40s with a slim build and white stubble on his face.
He was wearing blue jeans, black sneakers and a blue hoodie with a large Montreal Expo logo on the front.
Anyone with information on the suspect or the robbery is asked to contact Halifax Regional Police or Crime Stoppers.
