Two men are facing charges after police found more than $350,000 worth of drugs during two searches in Halifax and Bedford, N.S. on the weekend.

Officers executed search warrants in the 2400 block of Creighton Street and in the 200 block of Starboard Drive Friday evening.

Police seized a large quantity of cocaine and marijuana with a combined street value of more than $350,000, as well as $100,000 in cash, cellphones, a bulletproof vest and ecstasy.

Nathanial Andrew Robart, 37, of Bedford and Tony Curtis Thomas, 46, of Halifax, were both arrested during the searches without incident and held in custody.

They each face two counts of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking and one count of possession of drugs.

Robart and Thomas are due to appear in Halifax provincial court Monday.
