The RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Pictou County, N.S. man.

Stephen Robert Willemse, 41, was last seen in MacLellan’s Brook on July 6. His vehicle is also missing.

Police officers and members of the Pictou County Ground Search and Rescue Team conducted an extensive search of the West Loon Lake area, but they have found no sign of the missing man.

Police say they are now focusing their search efforts on his MacLellan’s Brook home and surrounding area.

They released additional photos of Willemse on Friday.

Willemse drives a white 2011 Ford Ranger with Nova Scotia license plate FHE-189 and is known to travel in the Trafalgar area.

He is described as a white male with a heavy build and short, light brown hair. He is five-foot-eleven and is known to wear eyeglasses.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
