The RCMP are renewing calls for clues as they continue to investigate the four-year-old shooting death of Nathan Ross Cross.

Police responded to reports of shots fired at a home in North Preston, N.S. on April 24, 2011.

When officers arrived at the Churchill Terrace home, they found 21-year-old Cross unconscious and unresponsive.

Investigators determined Cross had been standing outside with a group of people when a suspect fired several shots.

Cross was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead as a result of a gunshot wound.

Police believe there are witnesses who have information that could result in arrests and possible charges in the case.

Cross' murder was added to Nova Scotia's Rewards for Major Unsolved Crimes program in May 2013. The program offers up to $150,000 for tips that lead to an arrest and conviction in certain cases.

They are asking anyone with information about the shooting to come forward.
