The RCMP have released surveillance photos of a man suspected of robbing a bank in Moncton last week.
Police say a man armed with a firearm entered the National Bank on Elmwood Drive around 11:30 a.m. Friday and demanded money from the clerk.
Police say the man was only in the bank for a few minutes before he fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described as five-foot-nine inches tall. He spoke with an English accent.
He was wearing a blue Ralph Lauren jacket with the hood pulled over his head and his face was covered with a balaclava at the time of the incident.
Anyone with information about the suspect or the robbery is asked to contact police.
