Two teens are facing charges after the RCMP responded to a report of shots fired in Cole Harbour, N.S. Tuesday afternoon.
Police say they were called to Bissett Road around 3:30 p.m. and were provided with a description of the suspects’ vehicle.
Officers stopped a vehicle matching the description on Astral Drive shortly after 4 p.m. They seized a sawed-off shotgun, a rifle and a crossbow.
The suspects, two 17-year-old boys, were arrested at the scene.
They are due to appear in Halifax youth court Wednesday to face several weapons charges, as well as a charge of obstruction of a peace officer.
