HALIFAX -- A 20-year-old woman faces charges including impaired driving causing death in a crash this summer that killed a man in the Halifax area.
Police responded to a call on the morning of July 10 about a two-vehicle collision near Lawrencetown Beach.
The RCMP say an SUV collided head-on with a car in a crash that killed 55-year-old Mark Burnett, the driver of the SUV, and injured two females who were ejected from the car.
Kayla MacLellan of Lake Echo faces eight charges including impaired driving causing death, impaired driving causing bodily harm and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.
