HUBBARDS, N.S. - Police in Nova Scotia say a woman was sent to hospital with injuries after a two-vehicle crash on Sunday.

RCMP say a car lost control on Highway 103 near Hubbards and collided with another car around 1 p.m.

A 63-year-old woman was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Police had shut down the highway for a short period of time.

They say road conditions were extremely wet at the time of the crash.
