HALIFAX -- A Nova Scotia man is facing two charges of attempted murder after a shooting in Halifax earlier this month.
On Nov. 3, Halifax police responded to reports of shots being fired in the Robie Street area.
Police says a 48-year-old taxi driver was driving north with a male passenger when his vehicle was hit by bullets.
No one was injured.
On Sunday, police arrested 24-year-old Kyle Douglas Shipley of Williamswood.
He is facing many other changes, including assault with a weapon, possession of a firearm contrary to prohibition order, careless use of a firearm, pointing a firearm and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace.
