The body of a missing ATV driver has been found in New Brunswick.

Police say 47-year-old Gregory James Hogan of Noonan was reported missing shortly before 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

He was last seen near an overflowing brook in the Durham Bridge area Saturday afternoon.

Police believe Hogan may have been attempting to cross the brook on his ATV.

Police, firefighters, military members and Ground Search and Rescue volunteers scoured the area for about a day. An RCMP helicopter was also involved in the search.

Searchers eventually found Hogan's body near Little River around 2 p.m. Sunday.

Police say an autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death.
