A Cape Breton teen is facing a number of charges in relation to a fatal collision this summer.

Inverness RCMP have laid six charges against a 17 year old from Harbourview, Nova Scotia.

On July 22nd, three passengers were killed when the car the teen was driving left the road.

He’s now charged with three counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and three counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.

He’s scheduled to appear in Port Hood youth court in February.
