Hamdog, aka The Canoe 22

Ingredients:

  • One pack of jumbo all beef hotdogs
  • 1 pound of medium ground beef
  • 8 brioche buns
  • 100 grams of raclette cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Caramelized beer onion
  • Hot and zesty sliced pickles
  • Kewpie mayo
  • 2 tbsp of Joe Beef BBQ rub
  • UFC Banana Sauce
  • 100 grams of shredded cheese

Preparation:

  • Preheat BBQ to 350 degrees
  • Mix Joe Beef BBQ rub, shredded cheese and hamburger.
  • Slice hot dogs down the middle, but not to the end. You are creating a hole to stuff your hamburger mixture inside the hot dog.
  • Place on grill and cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  • Place raclette cheese on top until melted.
  • Brush burger buns with Kewpie mayo and toast brioche buns.
  • Dress Canoe Hamdog with banana sauce, Kewpie mayo, caramelized onions, tomatoes and pickles.
