Jack O’ Lantern Hummus

Ingredients:

  • Red pepper hummus
  • Black beans
  • Celery stick
  • Whole grain crackers
  • Veggies

Directions:

  1. Spread hummus on a plate in the shape of a pumpkin.
  2. Use the black beans to make the eyes, nose and mouth.
  3. Use the elery stick for the stem.
  4. Serve with crackers and veggies and enjoy!

Bat and Spider Energy Balls

  1. Make your favourite energy ball.
  2. Add purple tortilla chips for bat wings and currants for eyes.
  3. Or, add pretzel pieces for the legs and currants for the eyes.
  4. Fun, easy and a hit!

Monster Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
  • Red pepper
  • Grated cheese

Directions:

  1. Bake potatoes, let cool a bit.
  2. Make a slice in the middle of the potato and fit the red pepper piece in to look like the monster’s tongue
  3. Carrot or cucumber coins can be the eyes.
  4. Use pepper strips or grated cheese for the hair.
  5. Have fun with this, use your imagination and enjoy!
