Strawberry Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 red onion caramelized in 1tbsp of olive oil
- 1 quart of strawberries, diced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 250 ml of cream
- dash of salt
Directions:
- Fry strawberries with salt and sugar until they start to break down.
- Add strawberries and onions to food processor until blended.
- Slowly add cream to blend.
- Serve
