HALIFAX -- Happy Monday! Here’s what we have on the show for January 24th:

At 7:15 a.m., it’s almost Bell Let’s Talk Day. Karn Nichols with the Canadian Mental Health Association, Nova Scotia division, will share some of their programs, ahead of Wednesday’s annual event!

Then at 7:45 a.m., we are keeping that conversation going, when we connect with student-athlete Camille Scherger, who’s become a mental health advocate in the latest edition of ‘Inside the AUS.’

In the second hour of CTV Morning Live Atlantic, at 8:15 a.m., we’re getting an online lesson from Nicole Jackson! We learn about some of the different apps we should be looking out for, for 2022.

Then at 8:45 a.m., did someone say CHOWDER! Chef Rob Mac Issac of Stone Hearth Bakery teaches Lataevia Beezer how to make a delicious smoky bacon chowder, filled with amazing Dairy Isle products and PEI potatoes!

As always, we'll keep you updated on the top news, weather and entertainment headlines of the day. Plus, we’ll share the responses to our daily CML Check-In.

Start your morning off the right way with Ana Almeida, Amanda Debison and Lataevia Beezer!

Join us starting at 7:00 AM!
