AYLESFORD, N.S. -- Four people were hospitalized Sunday after a two-vehicle collision on Highway 101 in Nova Scotia.

RCMP say that a Ford Taurus lost control and collided with a Hyundai Santa Fe in the early evening.

There were two people in each car.

The Taurus was driven by a 54-year-old woman with a 29-year-old passenger, while the Santa Fe was driven by a 42-year-old man with a 41-year-old passenger.

Police say all of the people involved are from Kings County in Nova Scotia.

The crash occurred between exits 15 and 16 on the highway, between Berwick and Aylesford.
