A Halifax man is facing attempted murder charges following a shooting on a busy city street.
Police say several shots were fired at a cab by someone in a passing car on Robie Street early on Nov. 4.
No one was hurt in the incident.
On Thursday, 24-year-old Shea Alexander Durnford was arrested in the Fairview area.
He is facing numerous charges, including two counts of attempted murder, assault with a weapon, discharging a firearm with intent and unauthorized possession of a restricted weapon in a motor vehicle.
Durnford is the fourth person to be charged in the case and police say they are still looking for a fifth man, who is considered armed and dangerous.
Andrew Jason Hudder is wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant.
The 26-year-old has been charged with attempted murder, assault with a weapon and nine weapons offences.
He is described as a white man, 6-1, 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
