One man is dead and another injured after their all-terrain vehicle went over a six-metre embankment in North Sydney, N.S.
Police say the 54-year-old passenger called 911 around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday after the accident on Gannon Road.
His injuries are not life-threatening but the 58-year-old driver of the all terrain vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
