MONCTON, N.B. -- A New Brunswick man charged with sexually assaulting two women in his car is now facing new charges.

Akili Olivier Koro of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent appeared in court earlier this week to face charges concerning incidents that occurred on September 20 and October 31, 2012, which involved two separate victims in Moncton.

Since then, a third woman has come forward to say she, too, was a victim.

Koro is scheduled to attend a bail hearing Nov. 13.

He is charged with aggravated sexual assault, kidnapping and assault causing bodily harm in the Oct. 31 incident.

He was also charged Tuesday with forcible confinement, sexual assault with a weapon, assault and mischief in relation to the incident on Sept. 20.

Police say the first two incidents involve separate people who were walking along St. George Street between midnight and 3:00 a.m.
