The popular Milestones segment on CTV Morning Live celebrates marriage milestones of 50 years and 60 years or more, and birthdays of 100 years or more.
If you know someone who's celebrating one of these momentous occasions, please let us know so we can announce the details on CTV Morning Live.
You can submit your Milestone to us by regular post or by e-mail.
Regardless of how you send your submission, Milestones must be sent at least two weeks in advance of the date, and include the following information:
Name(s) of Milestone recipient(s)
Date of birthday or anniversary
Hometown location
Picture of the recipient(s).

Anniversaries/birthdays which fall on Saturday will air the day before, on Friday morning, and those that fall on Sunday will air the following Monday on CTV Morning Live on CTV 2 Atlantic.
