- 1 cup popcorn
- 1 Tbsp almonds (or any nut of choice)
- 1 Tbsp dried cranberries
Mix and enjoy!
Four-Ingredient Energy Bites
- 1 ½ cups oats
- ½ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Makes 20 bites. Mix and enjoy, keep refrigerated.
Wholegrain Tortilla Chips
Brush whole grain tortillas with a little bit of olive oil.
Sprinkle with seasoning of choice and cut into wedges.
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with hummus or guacamole.
