Prince William and his wife Kate released a picture of their daughter Charlotte to mark the princess's ninth birthday on Thursday.
The popular Milestones segment on CTV News at 5 celebrates marriage milestones of 50 years and 60 years or more, and birthdays of 100 years or more.
