Sheet Pan Pancakes
- 2 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
- 5 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2.5 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine dry ingredients until well mixed
Combine wet ingredients until well mixed.
Add wet to dry and mix until smooth.
Pour in a 13 x 18 baking pan.
Top with whatever ingredients your family loves.
(we like strawberries and chocolate chips, blueberries and partridge berries!)
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
