N.B. house fire displaces family of five

A house fire in a rural New Brunswick community has left a family of five without a home.

First responders received a call regarding a house fire along Hickey Road in Bull Lake, about 20 kilometres southeast of Woodstock.

Volunteers from the Canadian Red Cross helped the two adults and three children with temporary shelter accommodations and essential needs like food and clothing.

According to the Canadian Red Cross, there were no injuries reported from the fire.
