N.B. RCMP search for two suspects after break, enter and theft at Lavillette business

The RCMP in New Brunswick is searching for two people after a break, enter and theft at a business in Lavillette, N.B.

Police say the theft happened at a business on Route 450, sometime between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Tuesday.

The force says two people forcibly entered the business through a window and stole a number of items, including:

  • an automatic teller machine (ATM)
  • money
  • cigarettes
  • cigars
  • sunglasses
  • lottery tickets
  • a jacket

No one was in the business at the time of the incident, according to an RCMP news release.

Police released images of the two people in hopes someone will recognize them.

Both suspects were wearing dark clothing, a mask and gloves at the time of the incident.

Police are asking anyone with information about the incident, including surveillance footage, to contact Neguac RCMP at 506-776-3000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
