A multi-vehicle collision involving a tractor-trailer shut down a section of Nova Scotia’s Highway 102 Thursday morning.

RCMP responded to the collision near the Fall River exit before 8 a.m.

Police say it appears the tractor-trailer jackknifed and collided with three vehicles. No serious injuries were reported.

The highway was shut down between Exit 4C and the Fall River exit for about an hour while crews cleaned up the scene.

It has since reopened.

The incident remains under investigation.
